CARABAO CUP ROUND-UP: Graham Potter’s Brighton earn comfortable 3-0 win against Forest Green Rovers
Brighton continued their good start to the season as they cruised into the Carabao Cup third round after beating Forest Green Rovers at The New Lawn.
Deniz Undav and Steve Alzate put the Premier League side into a comfortable position with their first-half goals as the League One side struggled to contain Graham Potter‘s side.
Evan Ferguson added a late third for Brighton to wrap up the result and put his side into the next round of the cup.
Bristol City will also have their name in the hat for the next round as they beat Wycombe Wanderers 3-1 at Adams Park Stadium.
