And he now gets to showcase his management on the continental stage, with Como also drawn against PSG and Barcelona.
Fabregas played for the Catalan giants at youth level before joining Arsenal as a teenager but his return to his boyhood club in 2011 marked the beginning of his relationship with Daniella Semaan, who is 12 years his senior.
Daniella, 51, and Fabregas are still going strong 15 years on and have three kids together. The couple are parents to daughters Lia and Capri and son Leonardo.
The Lebanese model, who has 4.3million followers on Instagram, also has two older children, Maria and Joseph, from her previous marriage to ex-husband Elie Taktouk.
They first met in a bizarre twist of fate in Japanese restaurant Nozomi in Knightsbridge, where she approached his table to ask for an autograph for her son, Joseph.
Their romance began then as they dated for seven years before finally getting married in 2018. Among the most glamorous WAGs football has to offer, the 51-year-old has long possessed the esteemed label of ‘Queen of the WAGs’.
Daniella regularly shows off the luxurious life that comes with being a footballer’s wife. Many of her Instagram posts feature stunning breaks abroad and valuable time spent with family and friends, alongside the likes of Antonela Roccuzzo, the wife of Lionel Messi.
The pair built up a close friendship during Fabregas’ four-year spell at Barcelona before he returned to England in 2016 to join Chelsea.
The two families would holiday together and enjoy trips to picturesque locations like Ibiza and Portofino.
Daniella is Fabregas’ biggest fan with her posting plenty of snaps from family trips to watch his Como side as well as travelling to watch Spain in the World Cup as a family.
