Kemi Badenoch slams ‘grotesque’ Bonnie Blue over disturbing child clip – ‘it’s not proper’

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch backed her party’s move to contact the NSPCC over Bonnie Blue’s masked-men video, saying “someone needs to look at that situation”

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch has opened up about the Conservative Shadow Equalities Minister contacting NSPCC over Bonnie Blue.

In an interview this morning (September 10), Badenoch has candidly reaction to the conservative equalities minister Shadow Minister writing to the NSPCC asking for social services to get involved over a Bonnie Blue video, in which she is featured with masked men around her.

In the controversial clip, Bonnie Blue is seen sitting on a bed holding her newborn child – whose face is blurred out – while flanked by three men wearing balaclavas.

Addressing the camera to talk about her return to adult content post-pregnancy, she says: “Yes I just had a baby, but that means the six-week rule does not apply to me because I had a C-section. Down there still looking perfect.”

When asked on Sky News if this was “the kind of thing that needs an intervention?” the politician replied:

“I believe that it is. I think that we have seen many horrific stories of child abuse. There was that awful case of the baby that was raped to death by foster parents. And when I’m looking at someone making a pornographic video with her baby in it and putting it on social media with strangers in masks, no father in the picture, I think that that is a safeguarding issue. And I think that whenever we see these horrific cases of abuse, there have been situations where people probably saw something that wasn’t quite right. They saw red flags and they didn’t do anything about it. We should not be normalising babies in porn adverts. It’s not right. That is the baby’s mother. And I do think that someone needs to look at that situation, rather than all of us shrugging our shoulders and saying, it’s not our business, it is our business because a baby can’t say if it’s being harmed. “
