Football icon who bonked niece and bought her pregnant makes shock profession admission

Former Porto icon Hulk has claimed he was denied the chance to make an incredible move to Manchester City at the peak of his powers.
Away from the pitch, the Brazil international made headlines in 2019 after it emerged he had bonked his ex-wife’s niece and later got her pregnant. Hulk had been married to Iran Angelo for 12 years, sharing three children, before separating; less than a year later, he began a relationship with Iran’s niece, Camila Angelo, with the new couple tying the knot in 2020.
It was suggested that Hulk had married Camila, with whom he now has two children, to help her gain a visa while he was playing in China for Shanghai SIPG. However, their relationship still pained his ex-wife, with Iran writing on social media in 2020: “I wake up and fall asleep without understanding why all this happened to me.”

The Brazilian forward was once regarded as one of the world’s best players, capturing global attention during his four-year spell with Porto. The 40-year-old boasted a fearsome left foot but never graced the Premier League, despite attracting interest from City in 2011.
“I spent four years at Porto and, in every transfer window, I had the possibility of moving to England,” Hulk told Brazilian legend Romario. “But they always kept me and stressed that they didn’t want to sell me.
“In 2011, we won the Europa League, we were unbeaten national champions, we had that spectacular year and Porto sold Falcao to Atletico Madrid. Straight after that, they received an offer of €60m (£51.9m) from Manchester City to sell me and they didn’t want to sell me.

“The club said no because they’d just sold Falcao and didn’t need to make any more money. I only found out about it later.”
Hulk would eventually leave Porto for Zenit in 2012, spending four years with the Russian club. He explained that he was more willing to leave the Portuguese giants after learning that City’s earlier interest had been kept from him.
“It was then that I found out about Manchester City’s offer from the previous year and discovered they hadn’t sold me to England,” he continued. “So I thought it was time to leave. I was going to play in the Champions League and decided to try a different kind of football.”

While City missed out on a deal for Hulk, it did not derail the club’s ambitions. Under Roberto Mancini, the side finally clinched the Premier League title in 2012, courtesy of Sergio Aguero’s unforgettable goal against QPR.
Meanwhile, Hulk spent four years in China upon leaving Zenit a decade ago. He later returned to Brazil with Atletico Mineiro and remarkably signed for Fluminense in May, scoring five goals in 13 games.
As for his personal life, Hulk has consistently denied that he began his relationship with Camila during his first marriage. In 2020, Hulk explained on Instagram: “Camila came to China. I don’t think I’m an ugly person and I’m young. Camila is young and extremely beautiful. We ended up getting involved. We were single.
“We came back from China and told the family when you came back and you went to media. I have a clear conscience and peace. If you want to continue cursing me and treating me like a monster, the choice is yours. But criticise on top of the truth.”
