A doorbell camera captured the comic moment a 66-year-old man’s shorts slipped to his ankles while he cleaned his house from a ladder, flashing his bum to the street
This is the hilarious moment a bloke ‘worked his pants off’ when his shorts suddenly fell down while up a ladder – exposing his bum to the whole street.
Anthony Smith was up a ladder with a bucket cleaning the front of his house on August 18 as his wife Natasha Smith stood on the driveway looking on. The 66-year-old retiree can be seen reaching up to clean the front of the house, when his shorts suddenly drop to his ankles.
Footage from the doorbell camera shows a giggling Anthony pull his shorts back up after his underwear-clad bottom was suddenly exposed to passersby. Anthony then tucks his top into his shorts as Natasha, 54, bends over and crosses her legs while laughing in the background.

Since sharing the video of the cleaning blunder on TikTok the clip has gone viral, racking up more than 383,000 views and comments. Natasha from Bedford, Bedfordshire, said: “My husband was cleaning the front of the house and his shorts just fell down while he was on the ladder.
“I thought it was a shame that I didn’t have my phone on me, then I realised I had the doorbell camera. I went and had a quick check of it [the footage] and we could see it happening, it was hilarious.
“My husband found it funny, but he was more in shock than anything else. He pulled up his shorts and he carried on cleaning but it was funny for a while and it’s still quite funny now thinking about it.”

A tickled Natasha says she’s unsure whether Anthony’s trousers fell down because they were too big, or because he was stretching up slightly to reach the section of the house that he was cleaning.
Natasha said: “I don’t really know whether they fell down because he stretched up, or because he hadn’t tied them tight enough or they were too big for him.”
TikTok users found the clip equally funny, racking up a staggering 26,400 comments. One user wrote: “I’ve watched this about 10 times! Crying laughing.”
