A mom has been charged over the homicide of her five-month-old daughter after a child was present in a park in Leeds in winter situations.
Hayley Macfarlane, 39, of Barnsley, has been charged with the homicide of her daughter Evelyn in an incident in Woodhouse Moor park on Wednesday.
She has been remanded to seem at Leeds Magistrates Court tomorrow.
At about 5.45pm on Wednesday, the police obtained a report {that a} child was in a severe situation in an space of Woodhouse Moor, recognized domestically as Hyde Park.
