Greg Brackenridge, chairman of the service, stated: ‘We are devastated to report that our chief hearth officer, Wayne Brown, was this morning discovered lifeless at his residence tackle.

In an announcement West Midlands Police stated it was not treating Mr Brown’s dying as suspicious.
