Sheriff, get that cowboy!
Texas Cowboys fan Michael Duncan and his horse Sheriff took a detour from the tailgate to trot through Walmart to get Sheriff a bucket so he could also imbibe – on water.
Just like fans are thirsty for a rare win from the team, Sheriff was parched for a big blue bucket of water. That’s the reason Duncan giddied up through Walmart to the delight of grocery shoppers and the internet.
‘I freaking can’t believe I had to leave tailgate to get a new bucket in Walmart for Sheriff Duncan some water!!’ Duncan, who wore a Dak Prescott jersey perched on his horse, wrote on Instagram.
It would hard to say if the horse or its owner is a bigger Dallas fan, as the animal was decked with blue streaks through his mane, a blue tail, and a blue fuzzy unicorn horn.
The gentle horse calmly trotted into the Walmart, stopping in the vestibule for Duncan to ask: ‘Can he come in here?’ An employee didn’t answer and they continued their journey through the store in search of a five-gallon bucket.
‘Are you okay with him coming with me to get the bucket?’
The security gates then open and Sheriff begins his journey to stardom and aisle A14.
The Dallas Cowboys ultimately won 20-17 on Sunday.

Sheriff worked up a sweat prior to his Walmart adventure. He wouldn’t be a true fan if he didn’t actually attend the game at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
The brightly colored horse hung out in the parking outside the stadium for fans to take a joy ride on, including Cowboy player Zeke Elliot’s father Stacy.
