Love Island 2024 LIVE: Maya Jama hosts ITV courting present in Mallorca

The Love Island class of 2024 enters the villa in Mallorca tonight ahead of another summer of romance and drama on our screens.

Hosted by Maya Jama, the ITV reality show sees attractive singletons thrown together in luxurious surroundings with the ultimate goal of finding love plus a cash prize of £50,000.

Contestants this year include a sexy nurse, stunning dancer, hunky rugby player and an influencer with a disability, all of whom will be compete in various challenges over the next eight weeks, starting with tonight’s launch.

One boy has already got tongues wagging!

Do you wish you’d been able to pick the couples?

You guys are loving Munveer and Mimii as a couple!

There is a game to kick things off – and your FIRST couples are revealed!

The girls are asked to rate the boys from most to least ‘boyfriend material’ – with Munveer picked as most and Ciaran as least.

The boys then pick Mimii as the most ‘girlfriend material’ and Harriett as the least.

They then had to couple up with the matching person in the line leaving the couples as:

Munveer and Mimii

Ayo and Patsy

Jess and Ronnie

Nicole and Sean

Samantha and Sam

Harriett and Ciaran

Maya is in the building! And looking incredible…

She has entered the villa with a game to kick things off!

First in are Nicole and Ayo who waste no time in popping some fizz as they start to get to know each other!

Next in are Jess, Sean and Sam who are bringing all the energy.

The next two girls to arrive are Mimii and Samantha as they start chatting to all the boys.

Heading in next are Patsy, Ronnie and Ciaran who are quick to get to know the group…

The final two Islanders Harriett and Munveer then arrived completing the line up!
