Evil killer Peter Tobin lies chained to bed as desperate families plead for info

Notorious serial killer Peter Tobin is refusing food and medication while lying chained to his hospital bed.

Tobin, 76, is serving life for murdering Angelika Kluk, Vicky Hamilton and Dinah McNicol.

He appears highly emaciated and on the brink of death, having recently broken his hip after a fall in hospital where he is also being treated for cancer, the Daily Record reports.

Handcuffed to a bed, his emaciated body hidden by a hospital gown, the serial killer lies seriously ill.

With speculation he is close to death, families who believe Tobin was also behind their loved ones’ deaths are urging him to come clean about any other crimes he may have committed.



Tobin is thought to be at death’s door

Nicola Stork’s teenage sister Louise Kay disappeared in Eastbourne in 1988 with many believing she is another of Tobin’s victims.

She told the Daily Record: “I don’t want Tobin to die because it means we might never know but I’ve got no sympathy if he’s in pain.

“If he dies without giving us information about Louise, then it probably means we’ll never know what happened to her or where she is.

“I hope he will confess something or the police can go and speak to him to get it out of him.”

Tobin has allegedly been heard in the past boasting that he has murdered 48 people in total.

The parents of Jessie Earl, 22, whose body was found in 1989, also believe Tobin murdered their daughter.

Tobin, who grew up in Renfrewshire, is under is being constantly guarded in hospital and recently had emergency surgery.

He is deemed to be too ill to return to his cell in HMP Edinburgh and is described ad “frail, weak and at death’s door”.

A source told the Daily Record: “To the unsuspecting eye, he’s just a sick old man in hospital but the killer’s face is still there.”

The man who caught Tobin, Retired detective superintendent David Swindle, said: “If there’s any humanity there, Tobin will give up the secrets of what happened to these other victims.

“There won’t be any sympathy for him being in pain but, if indeed he is dying, it’s the least he could do for these families.”
