Lady Kitty Spencer has shared a previously unseen childhood photograph of her younger twin sisters to mark their birthdays.
The socialite, 33, took to Instagram to share a gushing post celebrating her ‘two rays of sunshine’ – Lady Eliza and Lady Amelia Spencer, who turned 32 yesterday.
Among a series of glamorous photographs of Princess Diana’s twin nieces, Kitty shared a monochrome photograph of them during their childhood.
The twin daughters of Charles Spencer and his first wife, Victoria Aitken, who spent their childhood between Constantia, South Africa, and their family’s estate, Althorp, looked adorable as they posed outside in the snap.
Kitty wrote: ‘Happy birthday to my two rays of sunshine & thank you for being the best sisters, friends and aunts I could wish for. I wish you both every blessing always and I love you with all my heart – always.’

The twin sisters relocated from Cape Town to London in 2021 and emerged from the shadow of their elder sibling, Kitty.
After signing with Storm Model Management, they swiftly began starring in magazine features and attending fashion shows around the globe.
At these high-profile events, the nieces of Princess Diana often showcase their impressive ‘twinning’ fashion, characterised by vibrant colours and striking silhouettes.
Amelia and Eliza previously said they are looking forward to fulfilling long-held ambitions; Amelia hopes to become a wedding planner and Eliza dreams of being an interior designer.
In March, the eldest daughter of Earl Spencer announced she had secretly given birth to her first child with husband Michael Lewis, 65 – making the twins aunts for the first time.
Although Kitty didn’t confirm her baby’s gender in her Mother’s Day post, her younger sister Lady Eliza gushed about her ‘perfect little niece’ in the comments.
It comes after Princess Diana’s twin nieces cut an elegant figures as they attended day two of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.

The twins – whose father is Diana’s youngest brother Charles Spencer – looked typically stylish for the occasion and donned matching suits from Holland Cooper in contrasting colours that match event’s theme – white and green.
To add to the glamour, the socialite twins both wore a pair of chic sunglasses to the tennis event.
Amelia and Eliza opted for similarly glowing makeup, with a sweep of blush emphasising their rosy cheeks. The twins styled their blonde tresses in similarly loose waves for the occasion.

Other European royals attending the second day of Wimbledon included Prince Pavlos of Greece and his glamorous daughter, Princess Olympia.

Lady Kitty captioned the image: ‘Athena watching the world go by.’ The post has amassed over 32,000 ‘likes’ in 24 hours – and fans gushed over the ‘beautiful’ moniker.
One wrote: ‘Oooh darling… Athena is so gorgeous!! Like her mama.’ ‘Congratulations,’ another added. ‘She is so precious. I love her name.’
‘What a fantastic Greek name,’ a third said. Kitty’s sister Lady Amelia added: ‘Perfect angel.’ Meanwhile, Lady Eliza wrote: ‘Puppy!’
Lady Kitty, then 30, wed the multi-millionaire Michael Lewis at the Villa Aldobrandini in Frascati, a stunning country mansion with views out towards Rome, on July 24, 2021.
Having delayed their wedding for two years due to the pandemic, the celebrations stretched across three days and were attended by close friends including the pop star Pixie Lott and the Marchioness of Bath.

The bride, a Global Brand Ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana, wore five gowns by the designer over the weekend.
For her main wedding dress, Kitty opted for a high-neck, Victorian-inspired white lace gown featuring feminine puff sleeves and a cinched waist. The design drew inspiration from her mother Victoria Lockwood’s own wedding dress with its button-down front.
Designer and co-founder of the fashion house, Domenico Dolce later said of Kitty’s wedding wardrobe: ‘She told us she had thought of us immediately, and we were very happy with that!’
‘They’ve been beautiful and emotional moments,’ said Dolce. ‘One of the inspirations is definitely her love for Italy. Kitty is in love with our beautiful country and its rich history, art and culture.’
Stefano Gabbana said: ‘But she is also a girl who is very attached to her origins, to England; to her heritage of the great Victorian era. And like all the English people, she has a great passion for all kinds of flowers.’
The famous Spencer Tiara worn by Princess Diana was missing from the ceremony. Instead, Kitty opted for an elegant veil, intricate headpieces and flower crowns that each complemented the respective gowns.
The couple exchanged vows in between floral arches. Music was provided by a pianist and a singer positioned to the right of the couple.
Mr Lewis wore a kippah, and it is thought Lady Kitty received instruction in the Jewish faith ahead of the ceremony.
The smiling newlyweds walked back down the aisle hand-in-hand as guests tossed pastel-coloured confetti in the air.
The celebrations continued into the evening with dancing and a live band and the night ended with a spectacular fireworks display.
