Vogue Williams blasted body-shamers while praising the ripped body of her husband Spencer Matthews – who recently completed 30 desert marathons in 30 days – on Saturday.
Irish model Vogue, 38, opened up about the cruel trolling comments she receives about her weight.
She and Spencer, 36, who married in 2018 and share son Theo, six, daughter Gigi, three, and son Otto, two, are both very active and sport rippling six packs.
Vogue told The Sun: ‘There are some real rotten eggs in the world. It means absolutely nothing to me what someone says about my body because, do you know what? I feel really fit and really healthy. Once you get to your 30s, you just become more comfortable with yourself.
She continued: ‘I’ve been the same weight for a long time and my body shape doesn’t ever massively change. I thought I’d have Victoria’s Secret legs by now, but I don’t! ‘I always wished I had little, super-skinny legs, but mine will never be like that – it’s just not the shape of my body. I have stronger legs, and I’m happy with that now.’

Vogue added: ‘I feel really fit and really healthy. Once you get to your 30s, you just become more comfortable with yourself’
Vogue said of Spencer: ‘He looks great. He’s in phenomenal shape. Can I be honest with you? I’ve never gone out with a guy with his [new] body type and his body looks absolutely amazing, but I’d fancy him even if he didn’t have it. But fair play to him. No one’s happier with his bod than he is!’
In 2023, Vogue declared ‘people aren’t kind anymore’ as she again opened up about trolling she received after modelling swimwear for M&S.
Vogue was called ‘too thin’ by followers after she modelled the black bather as well as a skimpy blue bikini during the getaway.
Speaking to The Sun she said: ‘I would never in a million years say anything negative to anyone online because I don’t know them.
‘People aren’t kind. We went through a stage where everyone wanted to be kind to each other but now it’s not.’
She went on to say how she cannot please everyone and regularly receives nasty comments about being both too fat and too thin.
Admitting: ‘My weight doesn’t really fluctuate. I don’t really diet but I train a lot.’
The montage of Vogue in her skimpy swimwear was uploaded to Marks and Spencer’s Instagram page.

Commenters wrote: ‘I would never put negative comments about a person but I did stop this ad quite quickly and I’m sorry but I felt it wasn’t directed at your every day woman modelling a swim suit and no harm Vogue.’
‘Shocking advertising #promote body positivity’.
Marks and Spencer wrote: ‘A kind reminder to our followers that we use our platform in a positive way.
‘We’re proud to represent and celebrate people of all shapes and sizes. We won’t tolerate any unkind or negative comments and anything unacceptable will be deleted. Let’s all continue to uplift one another. Love M&S x.’
