Drivers of 1 form of automobile are most clever – however BMW house owners are the thickest
Volvo drivers are often dubbed “sensible” – and they are the cleverest on the road.
Drivers of the Swedish car scored 115 on the IQ scale – indicating they are of above average intelligence. But it’s bad news for BMW and Mini drivers, they have the lowest IQ according to researchers potentially making them the worst drivers.
They scored just 87 on the IQ scale which is regarded as below average. Famous Volvo drivers include Megan Fox, Jennifer Garner and Kate Winslet and the late former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson, actor Paul Newman and Nirvana’s Kurt Cobain also drove Volvos.

Researchers from Free Bets – 40+ New Free Bet Offers for October 2024 put 2,000 asked 2,000 UK drivers to take an IQ test and asked them what car they drive to come up with the findings.
Spokesman Tim Agnew said: “There has always been a perception that Volvo drivers are sensible and here is the proof.
“But it is bad news for BMW and Mini drivers who had the lowest IQ results in our research.
“If you are a Skoda, Tesla, Toyota or Honda driver you can also give yourself a pat on the back.”
