Gary Lineker dates ‘horny siren’ artist who as soon as had steamy kiss with rock star

Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker has been spotted out for dinner with a ‘dangerous sexy siren’ who once shared a steamy kiss with rock star Sarah Greenwood.

Lineker, who has been the lead presenter on the BBC’s flagship football programme since 1999, was snapped out and about in Notting Hill grabbing dinner with visual artist Leila Bartell, born Leila Bdeir. The beautiful brunette, from Slovenia, has an art studio in west London.

She was previously a well-known TV presenter in her home country and was once dubbed the ‘Slovenian Kate Moss’, before she moved to London to pursue a career in finance back in the early 2000s. And now she has been pictured with the BBC big earner.

According to the Mail, Lineker, 62 and Bartell, 44, were seen having dinner at the Dorian restaurant in Notting Hill. In photos seen by the Daily Star, the pair looked to be enjoying each others company, with both Bartell and Lineker all smiles after exiting the restaurant.

And as well as receiving comparisons to British model Moss, Bartell also once shared a kiss with GSX lead singer and guitarist Greenwood in the music video of their song ‘Bringin’ Me Down’. Directed by Katrina Del Mar, the pair share a steamy kiss, with Bartell credited on IMDB as having played a ‘woman in the lake’.

In the video, Bartell can be seen standing behind Greenwood in a lake, rubbing the rock star’s shoulders before plunging her into the depths of the water.

In the past, Lineker has been married twice. His first marriage saw him tie the knot with Michelle Cockayne in 1986. However, they would go on to divorce in 2006, with Lineker remarrying three years later in September 2009, this time getting hitched to Welsh model Danielle Bux.

Come 2016, the pair announced their divorce. Lineker, who shares four sons with Cockayne, did not want to have anymore children, which played a part in his and Bux’s divorce.The pair do however still remain on good terms.

Speaking about his love life back in 2023 to the Times, Lineker said: “I am still single. I am not going down that route! I have been there before and tried to explain myself and I got slaughtered by my friends.

“I’ve been married most of my adult life. Two really good marriages, I’m friends with both. Danielle’s kind of my best mate, so I have that female connection with her. I’m not saying whether it’ll change. It might do. But at the minute I’m very comfortable.”
