BREAKING Kate Middleton well being replace as Prince William provides three-word reply

Prince William has issued an update on wife Kate Middleton’s health.

Speaking to press in Cape Town, the Prince of Wales said Kate is “doing really well”. Of course that wasn’t all he said but Royal fans will be able to take a deep sigh of relief with those three key words.

William said: “She’s doing really well thanks. And… hopefully she is watching tonight. So cheering me on. She’s been she’s been amazing this whole this whole year. I know she will be really keen to see tonight be a success.”
