Mia Khalifa slams rumours of ‘affair with ex-Prem star Julian Alvarez’ in odd 9/11 publish
Mia Khalifa has hit out at rumours of an alleged affair with an ex-Premier League hotshot in a social media post referencing 9/11.
Unsubstantiated reports in both Argentina and Italy have linked the former adult actress, 31, to a romance with Julian Alvarez, the 24-year-old striker who left Manchester City for Atletico Madrid in a club record £81m transfer in August.
Alvarez, aka ‘The Spider’, who lifted the Treble with Pep Guardiola‘s side during a glittering two-year spell in Manchester, is in a long term relationship with Maria Emilia Ferrero, a PE teacher turned influencer who he met growing up in the couple’s native Argentina.

But that hasn’t stopped social media from being abuzz with talk of the World Cup winner getting close to the ex-Pornhub legend, who is seven years his senior, despite there being no evidence of a relationship between the pair.
The Lebanese-American beauty has now responded to the claims on X, with a reference to al-Qaeda’s September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the United States. She posted: “To clear things up: I’m not dating anybody, and if I was, it certainly wouldn’t be someone not old enough to remember where they were on 9/11.”
Alavarez, who lifted two Premier League titles, the Champions League, FA Cup, Super Cup and Club World Cup during his time in England before completing a move to La Liga in a club record sale, is yet to comment on the allegations.
The star – who at the time of 9/11 was just 18-months-old – certainly seems loved up with Ferrero and regularly reacts to the beautiful brunette’s social media posts. He commented on her latest Instagram picture two weeks ago with a series of love eyes emojis.
Khalifa, real name Sarah Joe Chamoun, has twice been married, firstly to her high school boyfriend, whose identity has never been shared, and secondly to Swedish chef Robert Sandberg. The divorcee was later in a relationship with Puerto Rican rapper Jhayco.
The model, who since her adult film career has established a career as a social media influencer, is a big fan of sport and especially football. The West Ham supporter has previously appeared on Arsenal YouTube channel AFTV, when she confirmed her love of the Hammers.
She said: “My team for hockey is the Capitals, for American football is the Redskins, for basketball is the Wizards and the Nationals for baseball.” Asked how she came to follow West Ham, she replied: “Well if my other teams tell you anything, it’s that I love teams that suck.
“The same reason every American knows anything about West Ham or Premier League soccer – from Green Street Hooligans.” She had previously stated: “I watched Green Street hooligans when I was young and ever since then I’ve loved West Ham.”

Khalifa – who has also posed in an AC Milan shirt in the past – shared her favourite player was Manchester United and England legend David Beckham, closely followed by Becks’ former Real Madrid team-mate and France icon Zinedine Zidane.
She said: “Seeing the things he did on the pitch was incredible, especially when you saw him live. He was one of the best players to ever step onto the pitch without a doubt.”
Referring to the infamous moment ‘Zizou’ headbutted Italian defender Marco Materazzi in France’s loss in the 2006 World Cup Final in Germany, she added: “I love the violence and the hatred of failure in football. That header was the best of all time.”
However, to complete the podium of her favourite footballers, she surprisingly included Celtic midfielder Aaron Mooy, who shone for Australia in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
