Fresh blow for Conor McGregor as drink associated firms take £9.5million battering

Conor McGregor’s business empire has been dealt a fresh blow as it was revealed his drinks-related companies recorded whopping losses of almost £9.5million. Last Friday the 36-year-old was ordered to pay more than £200,000 to Nikita Hand, who accused him of rape, after he was found guilty of assaulting her in a civil court case.

McGregor vehemently denied the allegations and stated he plans to appeal the decision made by Dublin’s High Court. And his long-term partner Dee Devlin slammed the case’s victim Nikita Hand in a series of angry Instagram posts.

In the fallout of the bombshell decision, which attracted headlines from around the world, the 36-year-old UFC star’s beer Forged Irish Stout and Proper No Twelve whiskey were pulled from Tesco’s and Asda’s shelves and two companies moved to distance themselves from the controversial Irish man.
