‘I’m blowing £20k on Christmas however one man will destroy it – and it isn’t Matt Le Tissier’
EXCLUSIVE: Alex Le Tissier is spending Christmas Day with her loved ones in Disneyland and is sparing no expense this December – but she will have one eye on how her favourite team is performing (or not performing)
A model revealed the one man who could dampen her Christmas spirit – and it is not her estranged father–in-law Matt Le Tissier.
Alex Le Tissier previously told us she was spending £20,000 on a trip to Disneyland Paris and on presents for her four kids to atone for the Southampton legend’s absence.
However, being a huge Saints fan herself, she is adamant that her club will offer no Christmas miracle this festive season. Instead, she believes the team is destined for relegation from the Premier League.

This is a similarly doomy outlook from when she told us last month: “Saints are going down this season. I’ve made my peace with that thought. After Wolves it was pretty clear.”
Luckily for Southampton, their next game is at home to Tottenham Hotspur, a club that notoriously struggles against the lesser sides.
Alex meanwhile grew up in Guernsey and she met Matt Le Tissier’s son, Mitch, when they were both in school. They are now married and have four kids.
They both cheer on the Saints but Alex has been open about the bust-up that erupted after she turned to adult modelling during the pandemic to drag her family out of crippling debts.
The former Southampton legend reportedly accused her of being a “bad mum” for her career choices and they have not been on speaking terms ever since.
She has since transformed her family’s fortunes and Mitch credited her for saving his life after opening up about his struggles.
And speaking to us about her extravagant Christmas plans, she said: “I am spending the most I have ever spent at Christmas time. I have paid for a £10,000 trip to Disney so we will be in Disneyland Paris for Christmas Day with my family and then in total I’ve spent £10k on gifts for the whole family.
“I feel bad that with my in-laws not being involved in my children’s lives I have to go above and beyond with gifts so they don’t miss out.”
Asked to expand on the rift, she added: “It makes me mad that they would rather be bitter and take it out on innocent children by not being involved in their lives.
“I think that it speaks volume on their character and it’s something that my children will have to digest when they grow up.
“It’s their loss and genuinely they [kids] are some of the greatest people that have ever graced their lives and they are missing out. So I like to go over the top at Christmas time so my children won’t ask any questions or think about them.”
