Man City’s newest WAG Maya Jama noticed cheering on beau Ruben Dias at Etihad

Love Island star Maya Jama was spotted cheering on her beau Ruben Dias as she posted a video of her and friends dancing in a box at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium

Maya Jama cheered on her beau Ruben Dias as she appeared at the Etihad Stadium to watch Manchester City draw with Brighton.

The Love Island star has been speculated to be dating the Portuguese defender after the two were spotted celebrating New Year’s Eve together.

And it appears that the couple are taking their relationship more public after Maya posted a teasing video on TikTok of her and friends inside a box at the Etihad. Boxes are typically reserved for high-profile individuals, including family and friends of players or coaches.

While Maya and Dias are yet to officially go public, her presence has added more fuel to the fire that the two are dating. They have reportedly been together for several months after the TV presenter first caught the City defender’s eye when they met at the European Music Awards.

Maya was joined by three pals for the 2-2 draw at the Etihad between City and Brighton, in which the Cityzens twice led. The video posted to her 1million followers on TikTok, saw Maya and her friends lip sync and dance to a song.

While Maya may have been having fun in her executive setting, Dias had more of a frustrating day as City dropped more points in their worst season under Pep Guardiola. The hosts led twice but were lucky to leave with the point after a late miss from Carlos Baleba.

Dias played the full 90 minutes for the third Premier League game in a row having suffered multiple injury issues this season.

The 27-year-old was absent for a month at the start of the year due to injury but picked up a fresh problem on his return.

It appears the couple’s relationship is the worst-kept secret with Gary Lineker recently appearing to confirm their romance when he was recruiting players for the new six-a-side Baller League competition.

Speaking to Maya in a clip posted to social media, Micah Richards said: “You disrespected me, didn’t you? You said I look 40 years old. ‘I’m only 36. You do me wrong man. How old are you?”

The reality-show star responded: “I’m 30 actually, on the dot. Just 3, 0, new, fresh 30. I just got there.” To which Lineker suddenly interjected: “Micah, stop flirting and get her boyfriend to play for us.”
