Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding date has reportedly been revealed – and there is a very special significance to it. Swifties everywhere can finally mark their calendars after the date was apparently leaked by several sources.
Chart-topping megastar Taylor and NFL ace Travis have been engaged since August this year – with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end recently claiming the couple had never had an argument.
If that’s the case, it won’t have been difficult for them to set a day – and the date they’ve chosen is said to have symbolic resonances for the Fate of Ophelia singer.
Taylor and Travis are set to wed on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Ocean House in Rhode Island, multiple sources have disclosed to Page Six.
As Swifities know, 13 is Taylor’s favourite number. It may be unlucky for some, but the 35-year-old was born on December 13, and holds a special affinity with the number. As well as being born on the 13th, she turned 13 on Friday the 13th and saw her first album go gold in exactly 13 weeks.
According to Page Six, Taylor was so keen on getting hitched on the 13th that she paid another bride-to-be who had booked the swanky venue so she and Travis could take the booking instead.
Taylor previously said, “whenever a 13 comes up in my life, it’s a good thing”, adding: “I love numerology. I love math stuff. I love dates.”
And numerologists have speculated that there could be even more significance to the date, which is written out as 6/13/26. Add the digits together and you get 18. Now repeat the process (add one and eight) and you’ve got nine – another important number.
According to Numerology.com, the energy of the number nine represents completion, and the ending of a new cycle, with a new one potentially about to begin.
Swifties looking forward to hearing all about the bash will no doubt hope that Taylor and Travis’s Love Story continues to bloom, with the NFL star having told George Clooney they’ve never had a single argument in their two-year relationship.
He said on the New Heights podcast: “I haven’t gotten into an argument. Never once.”
Travis then said he was “taking notes” from Hollywood A-lister George, who said of his relationship with wife Amal: “Dude, I’m 64 years old. What am I gonna argue about at this point?
“I’ve met this incredible woman, she’s beautiful and smart, and she stands for all the most important things that I believe in in the world … So what am I going to fight about?”
