An active shooter sparked chaos on the campus of Brown University in Rhode Island on Saturday afternoon.
Local reports say the shooting left ‘multiple casualties’, and officials say the suspect is at large.

Officials say suspect not in custody
The shooting at Brown University unfolded at Barus and Holley Engineering building, according to an alert sent out by the university at 4:22pm local time.
In an update from the university at 5:11pm, officials said that a suspect was not in custody and police are continuing to search for the shooter.
Officials previously reported that a suspect was in custody earlier in the evening.
