A furious Alexandre Lacazette grabbed Cedric by the throat during training in a clip captured by Arsenal’s All or Nothing documentary.
The behind the scenes Amazon Prime Video series has captivated fans by lifting the lid on the Gunners’ 2021/22 campaign, which ended with the club narrowly missing out on the top four. At the start of the show’s final episode, which will be available to watch on Thursday, Lacazette and Cedric are involved in a heated training ground altercation.
During a session following wins over Chelsea and Manchester United, Lacazette can be seen chopping down youngster Jack Henry-Francis after being dispossessed by him.

Cedric takes exception to the manner of Lacazette’s challenge and the Frenchman can be seen grabbing his team-mate’s shirt as manager Mikel Arteta blows his whistle.
Lacazette is then shown grabbing Cedric by the throat with his left hand, squeezing his neck and face before being shoved off the Portuguese defender.
Still holding Cedric’s shirt, Lacazette is finally pulled away after multiple team-mates rush in to separate the pair and calm the situation.
Later in the episode, the aggressor gives his thoughts on the incident, explaining: “This is normal in football. If players want to win then it’s normal. If you had players that didn’t care it would never happen.
“When we came back in the dressing room I came back to say sorry because sometimes you just become crazy. It’s just passion to win.”
Lacazette has since left the club after five years in north London, returning to former club Lyon on a free transfer earlier this summer.
He scored and grabbed an assist on his Ligue 1 return for the club in their opening weekend win over Ajaccio earlier this month, having also been made captain by Lyon boss Peter Bosz.
The final two episodes of Arsenal’s All or Nothing documentary are set to be released on Thursday, detailing the dramatic conclusion to the campaign.
Having recovered from a slow start which saw the club sitting bottom of the Premier League, Arsenal had put themselves in pole position for a top four finish and a return to the Champions League.
However, two defeats from their final three matches, including to rivals Tottenham Hotspur, saw them slip to fifth place and miss out on the top four.
