A popular UK waterpark has been blocked from reopening unless management can prove that it’s safe for children.
Liquid Leisure, near Datchet, was the scene of the death of an 11-year-old girl earlier this month.
Kyra Hill died after going missing while playing in the water.

She was found around two hours after being reported missing, and was rushed to a nearby hospital where she sadly died.
It is not clear exactly how she died, but Windsor and Maidenhead Borough Council has served the venue with an indefinite prohibition notice until it can prove it is safe to open.
The park was originally closed “out of respect” for the girl’s family but can not open until “suitable and sufficient risk assessments to prevent or reduce the risk of drowning” have been made.
A council spokesman said: “The legal onus is on businesses to comply with relevant health and safety legislation, and ensure they have in place suitable and sufficient risk assessments and associated safe systems of work to identify and manage risks.
“We are in the early stages of conducting a health and safety investigation into the tragic incident at Liquid Leisure to determine any potential breaches under relevant health and safety legislation.
“Alongside this, in light of the recent fatality, we have served a notice prohibiting all recreational activities associated with the lake until Liquid Leisure has satisfied the council they have suitable and sufficient risk assessments to prevent or reduce the risk of drowning.
“We would again like to express our deepest condolences to the girl’s family and friends.”
Liquid Leisure wasn’t able to pass much of a comment on the situation, as there is still an ongoing police investigation.
But a spokesman said via a statement: “Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, friends and all those effected by this desperately tragic and upsetting incident.
“As Thames Valley Police are in the early stages of investigation, it would not be right for us to add further comment, but we will continue to fully support and assist them throughout the process.”
Thames Valley Police is still preparing a case for the coroner.
