England head for lunch on 38-2 as Zak Crawley struggles AGAIN with the bat

England’s top order struggle again as the hosts head for lunch with a score of 38-2 on day three at Lord’s. 

South Africa were initially bowled out for 326 by the hosts, posting a commanding lead of 161 at the end of the first innings.

Zak Crawley struggled again with the bat as Keshav Maharaj dismissed the opener for 13 runs after the ball struck his pad as he attempted to sweep the spinner.

First innings saviour Ollie Pope was then dismissed by Maharaj on five with the final ball of the session, after the LBW decision was deemed out upon review. 

Alex Lees managed to stick around after surviving an early drop scare on four runs. 

Earlier in the morning, Stuart Broad and Ben Stokes impressed with the ball, recording identical figures of 3-71.
