KSI reignites Jake Paul feud with bitter social media exchange ahead of two fights in one night

KSI has reignited his feud with fellow YouTube-turned-boxing star Jake Paul, after the pair exchanged blows on social media ahead of the former’s two fights in one night on Saturday. KSI will return to the ring for a double whammy when he takes on rapper Swarmz and professional boxer Luis Alcaraz Pineda.

Ahead of fight night the Brit spoke on TalkSport to give an insight in to what fans can expect, and how the card will play out. As a result, KSI’s two fights will consist of three rounds each, and be three hours apart.

One man who is less than convinced that the YouTube star’s ‘two fights in one night’ sell is fellow star Paul, who took aim at KSI for his three-round bouts.

Taking to Twitter the American wrote: “This can’t be real? Each “fight” is 3 rounds? And he gets a 3hr break in between! Hahahahaha. It’s way easier than one 6 round fight. KSI & Minions Boxing doing the fans dirty with this fake sh**. Mislead after mislead.”

Hitting back at Paul, KSI responded: “Was wondering when you were gonna pipe up. You must be so sad and bored on your arse, having no event happening. Still fighting a pro boxer before you, and you had 3 year head start. Plus how you gonna talk when you ain’t fought 2 people in one night?”

As alluded to by the Brit, since turning pro Paul is yet to take on professional boxers in the ring, fighting two UFC fighters in Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley, ex-American footballer Nate Robinson and fellow YouTuber AnEsonGib. Despite rival KSI taking on a pro in Pineda, the American fighter is still less than convinced by the Brit’s opponents.

He replied: “You are fighting a nice young man from Mexico in a 3 round exhibition. Be real. No such thing as a 3 round pro fight.”

Hitting out at Paul’s lack of ring action following a number of postponements, KSI responded: “And how many fights have you had this year.”

Will KSI win both of his fights on Saturday night? Let us know in the comments section below.

Jake Paul took aim at KSI.

To which the American – once again hitting out at the Brit’s opponents – came back with: “Same as you will after this weekend. What you doing isn’t fighting. It’s an exhibition against a nice young man and your mate you make music with.”

There has been calls for KSI to get in the ring with his fellow YouTube star, after the 29-year-old fought Paul’s older brother Logan – who he is now business partners with. Paul though is not holding his breath over the bout after once again taking to Twitter to out the Brit.

He wrote: “KSI will never fight me. That is obvious and I’m ok with it. He is trying to hype his exhibition fights.”
