A group that challenged the constitutional validity of Covid-19 measures has been ordered to pay $214,023 to cover the legal costs of seven Australian governments.
The action was led by New South Wales woman Cienna Knowles who claimed she was ‘non-consensually double-vaccinated’.
She said she was hospitalised as a result of adverse vaccine side effects and lost her job and other opportunities.
But her claim was dismissed by Federal Court Justice Debra Mortimer.

The case was brought against the federal government, along with those of Victoria, NSW, Tasmania, Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Queensland.
The seven governments sought a total of $363,492.67 to cover their legal costs after the case was dismissed.
Justice Mortimer has instead ordered they be paid sums ranging from $50,000 each to the federal government and Victoria, and $15,000 to Tasmania.
The challengers had been given a reasonable opportunity to consider discontinuing the case, but there was a public interest in their argument which warranted a discount on the full amount, she said.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Ms Knowles seeking comment for this story.
Last month, a doctor was thrown out of a medical conference after filming himself berating attendees for endorsing vaccine mandates to combat Covid-19.
Dr William Bay, who heads the anti-mandate Queensland People’s Protest, live-streamed his tirade at an Australian Medical Association conference in Sydney, which was later posted online.

Dr Bay stunned his colleagues by interrupting the meeting by haranguing Australia’s Chief Medical Officer Paul Kelly and accusing him of ‘lying’.
‘I am here today to ask you to join with the people of Australia and stop forcing these vaccines on people who are getting killed by them,’ Dr Bay shouted.
‘Professor Paul Kelly is liar and is gaslighting all of you.’
His claims are at odds with most of Australia and the world’s medical authorities who say Covid vaccines are the best protection against serious symptoms of the virus.
Footage showed many attendees at the conference got up from their seats and began leaving as Dr Bay began shouting even louder.

‘All GPs, all doctors of Australia you are on notice by the people of Queensland,’ he yells.
‘This is the Queensland People’s Protest and you have been warned.’
As he is escorted outside, Dr Bay began chanting ‘One shot, two shots, three shots four, how many shots until you hit the floor?’
At a later protest later, Dr Bay was filmed theatrically throwing his medical licence away.
The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency then issued Dr Bay a notice threatening to suspend his licence.
