UFC bantamweight Jessica-Rose Clark has addressed her lookalike comparisons to boxing world champion Ebanie Bridges by pointing to their shared heritage – and similar anatomies.
Clark, who joined the UFC back in 2017 and has since secured victories over Bec Rawlings and Paige VanZant among others, was mistaken for Bridges by a keen fan this week.
The 34-year-old went on to explain to the fan where the confusion stems from with Clark hailing from Queensland, Australia and Bridges from Sydney – as well as a shared physical trait.

Speaking on her official Instagram account, Clark said: “Someone just walked up to me and said: ‘Oh my god are you Ebanie?’”
Having said that he was in fact mistaken, Clark said that the confused man added: “You look like Ebanie the UFC fighter.”
To which she responded: “I am a UFC fighter but I’m not Ebanie.” Before telling him her name.

Having asked for a photo, Clark obliged but had to confirm that Bridges was in fact a boxer and not an MMA fighter – adding: “She’s the other one born in Australia with big boobs… but she is a boxer.”
Sharing the clip to her Instagram story alongside three laughing emojis, Bridges said: “Yeh the big boobs.”
Similarities between the pair also include their love of tattoos and blonde hair, as well as their bantamweight weight class and similar heights of 161cms for Clark and 155cms for Bridges.
Bridges, 35, became a world champion back in March when beating Maria Cecilia Roman to IBF bantamweight glory and is currently preparing for her first title defence.
Clark, on the other hand, is looking to bounce back from the disappointment of losing consecutive UFC bouts after a controversial end to her UFC 276 scrap against Julija Stoliarenko.
After a period of defiant struggle, Clark’s arm was bent backwards and seemingly out of joint.
UFC Hall of Famer inductee Daniel Cormier said in commentary: “She dislocated it, you can see it. It’s dislocated bad. That was nasty. Jessica is tapping desperately.”
With Joe Rogan adding: “Perfect timing and execution. The way she passed the guard, the way she got to that position.”
Later in the evening, Clark told reporters that she was expecting to need surgery on the arm, with her return not yet announced.
