Balaclava wearing hooligans appeared to storm a pub near Wembley, merely hours before England’s match against Germany.

Gareth Southgate’s side face the 2014 World Cup winners in what is their final Nations League match of the group. However, shameful scenes of violence and intimidation saw large group of individuals cause panic at the Green Man pub just outside the national stadium.

A confusing picture very quickly became a manic one as fans rushed out into the beer garden. After a while, a large section of fans appeared to rush back into the group in confrontation.

Confusion very quickly gave way to panic

Videos circulated on social media depicted an extremely worrying scene.

Southgate’s Three Lions side take on Die Mannschaft in their final match before the World Cup in November. England were recently relegated to Nations League B following a flat 1-0 away loss to Italy.

Supporters began to charge back into the crowd in retaliation
