Meghan Markle makes ‘exaggerated effort to seem relatable’ detailing LA life with Harry

Meghan Markle is said to be making an “exaggerated effort to seem relatable” in public life as she detailed her life in LA with Prince Harry.

It comes as the Duchess of Sussex attempted to pass off an anecdote about fast food, which was criticised by a royal expert who claimed it didn’t “hit the mark.”

Expert Kinsey Schofield hit out at the Royal Family member, saying that her experiences littered throughout the Vanity Fair interview were “calculated” comments.

Meghan’s “exaggerated effort” comes after the Duchess attempted to offer up an anecdote about living in Los Angeles with husband Prince Harry.

Expert Kinsey said: “To be fair, the author asked about snacking but the anecdote about the fast food drive-thru didn’t really hit the mark.

“Meghan makes an exaggerated effort to seem relatable but tends to achieve the exact opposite. As if they are blessing In-N-Out employees in Los Angeles, CA with their presence.

“A city that also houses Angelina Jolie and Kim Kardashian. The part about Jeopardy and ‘Wordle in bed with a glass of wine’ has Meghan Markle’s calculated fingerprints all over it.”

Tig, Meghan’s former blog, was brought up by expert Kinsey, as was recent royal biography Finding Freedom, which, according to Kinsey, Meghan was involved in.

The expert said that Meghan’s interview response had sounded “like something she would have written for the now-defunct Tig” but added it also could have appeared “in the pages” of the recent biography.

Kinsey added: ” Or even something found in the pages of ‘Finding Freedom’ – which Meghan initially claimed to have no association with. Thanks to court records, we later found out that was not true.”

Daily Star had previously reported Meghan and Harry as being “energised and excited” following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
