In a letter sent to Chyna, real name Angela White, Louise’s legal team claim it became apparent to Ava that she was ‘being set up for involvement in some type of non-consensual sexual encounter or sex-for-money scheme’ during their August 10 meeting.
So rattled Louise was after the alleged incident, she is said to have made an official report to the FBI regarding the meet-up.
DailyMail.com has contacted Chyna’s representative for comment.
‘After review of the matter, we believe the facts will show that on August 10, 2022, Ms. White invited Ava to her home in Los Angeles, California under the guise of discussing a music collaboration,’ the letter reads.
‘During the encounter, it became increasingly clear to Ava that Ms. White had no intention on discussing a professional collaboration, but rather she was being set up for involvement in some type of non-consensual sexual encounter or sex-for-money scheme.

The letter alleges Chyna repeatedly asked if Ava was transgender or had worked as an escort before.
The letter claims that when Ava responded she was not an escort, Chyna and a friend she had called on FaceTime laughed and replied, ‘You are now!’
The letter adds: ‘Our client believes that she would have been the victim of a sex crime or been set up to engage in sexual acts for money if she had been unable to get away from the premises.
‘Ava was so upset and shaken by the events that she contacted the FBI Sex Trafficking Hotline within hours after the incident. Ava made an official report with the FBI on the following day. Additionally, Ava postponed a previously scheduled day of film shooting because she was traumatized by the events. Friends and associates will confirm that Ava expressed being mentally unwell after the encounter. ‘

Louise is also accused of engaging in ‘a pattern of menacing and outrageous conduct’ to bolster her platform on TikTok.
‘In fact, you admit in one of your TikTok videos that you intentionally made up and disseminated a false rumor about a sexual relationship between Kanye West and Jeffree Star and that “joke kinda gave me such a big platform that I’m able to meet people like Blac Chyna now, because of my following, and who I know now,”‘ the letter continues.
The videos concerning Chyna no longer appear on Louise’s account, suggesting she likely received the letter, per Page Six.
