Tottenham star Son Heung-min had to be helped off the pitch after suffering a nasty blow in their Champions League tie with Marseille.
Son had gone up for a header when opposition defender Chancel Mbemba came jumping in his direction. The South Korea international connected with the ball but then also Mbemba’s shoulder too.
He immediately clutched his face as he fell to the ground and was attended to by Spurs’ medical staff. Clearly dazed by the sickening collision, Son was deemed unfit to continue and stuttered off with assistance.

But on-loan Barcelona defender Clement Lenglet scored an equaliser before Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg netted the winner at the death, which meant Antonio Conte’s side progress as winners of Group D.
