UFC ring girl Carly Baker has left fans drooling after she shared a small insight into her day – which featured the ring girl working out.
Carly shared the video on her Instagram page that showed her making a superfood smoothie before heading to the gym. And it was in the gym where her beautifully toned backside was on full display as she dipped up and down performing squats.
The ring girl also shared clips of her on a bike, working out with a medicine ball, and on a rowing machine before she returned home. And fans of the stunning blonde were quick to shower her with praise.

One fan said, with two kisses: “I could watch this all day. You are stunning!”
“Wow, perfect! You are one amazing lady,” a second added. While a third commented about her healthy lifestyle: “You’re looking great for your regime Carly!!”
The post has racked up over 2,800 likes on Instagram – but even that sizeable number pales in comparison to the blonde bombshell’s eye-watering 246,000 followers on the social media platform.

Carly has modelled topless for Zoo alongside her ring-girling duties – but Carly once had a dream of being a singer.
She first sang in a pop duo called ‘Mynxters’, who were managed by Japanese record company Fuji International and released the single ‘Hello Kitty’ in 2001. Then she went on to sign with BMG records and became a part of the girl band ‘SW1’.
The company had Take That chief Barlow on their books as well as rock band Kasabian and American music legend Usher.

It was after her singing career never really got its feet off the ground that Carly turned to modelling as she posed in Zoo and beauty pageants.
After turning heads posing topless, Carly started to strut her stuff inside for octagon for Dana White.
