EMILY PRESCOTT: Prince William is all shook up as he ditches rocking out to AC/DC for Elvis-inspired Italian act Alessandro Ristori and the Portofinos

He used to blast away the Monday morning blues with AC/DC‘s rock anthem Thunderstruck, but I hear Prince William has a more varied musical palate these days.

He’s now a big fan of Italian act Alessandro Ristori and his band, the Portofinos, after seeing them at a London Ambulance gala – the Prince is pictured at the event, right.

The Elvis-inspired group, who performed at The Lady Garden Gala in London last week, have yet to hit the big time but a source close to William reveals: ‘They are one of his favourites. Alessandro’s a naughty Italian so to have Wills think he’s good is quite a tickle.’
