Furious Draymond Green stops NBA game to get Milwaukee Bucks fan KICKED OUT of the stadium by security… after Warriors star was heckled in third quarter of defeat and angrily replied: ‘You ain’t s***!’
During the third quarter of the Golden State Warriors‘ loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, multi-time All-Star Draymond Green had a fan thrown out of the arena after the two exchanged words as Giannis Antetokounmpo lined up for a free throw.
As Antetokounmpo takes a foul shot, Green can be seen becoming more and more animated as he responds to whatever is being said to him by the heckler.
The moment was reminiscent of both the 2021 incident that saw LeBron James stop a game in Indiana and demand that two fans be removed from courtside, as well as the 2019 incident that saw Russell Westbrook tell a fan ‘I’ll f*** you up… you and your wife.’
This comes only a week after Westbrook was involved in an argument with a different Bucks fan sitting courtside.
Draymond Green responds to the heckler that he had security remove from courtside
He went to the officials and ordered the man to be ejected from the arena in Milwaukee
‘When obscene gestures and language come into it, (it) can’t be tolerated,’ James told reporters after the incident had occurred last year.
‘There’s a difference from cheering for your team and not wanting the other team to win and things I would never say to a fan, and they shouldn’t say to me.’
James also had four fans removed from a game in Atlanta in February of 2021, after they also became vulgar with him.
The Bucks fan that Westbrook argued with recently was initially escorted out of his seat but was eventually allowed to return courtside according to WDJT-TV.
‘We don’t have to talk about it,’ Westbrook said postgame. ‘I’ll figure it out with the league. Just respect for the game.
Officials then spoke to security officials who had come onto the court to identify the fan
A man then protested his innocence as he was removed from the game by security guards
In 2012, LeBron James walks over and points out a fan he wants removed from arena in Indiana
‘Sometimes, obviously, things get said throughout the game and just being respectful is the thing I stand on. I don’t mind people coming to the game and heckling and different things, but there’s a certain line you don’t cross and I feel like it crossed it. I’ll handle it and move forwards.’
He made similar comments after the 2019 incident when he said: ‘For me, I’m just not going to continue to take disrespect for my family.
‘I just think there’s got to be something done. There’s got to be some consequences for those type of people that come to the game just to say and do whatever they want to say. I don’t think it’s fair to the players — not just to me, but I don’t think it’s fair to the players.’
Similar happened to Westbrook in 2019, and he shouted: ‘I’ll ‘f*** you up, you and your wife’
