Arsenal are on the verge of signing Chelsea midfielder Jorginho after failing to lure Moises Caicedo away from Brighton.
The fee is understood to be £10m, and £2m in add-ons, with the Italian agreeing an 18-month deal with the option to extend a further year.
Jorginho, who has just five months remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge, might be about to switch clubs, but he’ll be bringing some familiarity with him across London in the form of his sizzlingly-hot girlfriend Catherine Harding – who has a child with heartthrob actor Jude Law.

Jorginho and Catherine have been in a relationship since 2020, shortly after the Champions League-winner split from wife of two years Natalia, and have baby son together called Jax, who was born in 2021.
Ireland-born Catherine may be familiar to some as a contestant on The Voice. She appeared on the 2020 edition of the show when she was mentored by Olly Murs. The songstress made it to the knockout stages of the ITV show before being eliminated.

Jorginho, 31, joined Chelsea from Napoli in a £57m deal back in 2018. He had a mixed start to life in west London, but quickly established himself as a first team regular alongside the likes of N’Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic in midfield.

He played a vital role in Chelsea’s Champions League-winning campaign in 2021, and led Italy to European Championship glory a few months later, earning himself the UEFA Player of the Year award at the end of he year, as well as a third-place finish in the Ballon d’Or.
Jorginho has racked up over 200 appearances for Chelsea in the past four-and-a-half seasons, scoring 29 goals – the majority of which have come from the penalty spot.

The Brazil-born star moved to Italy when he was a teenager after agreeing a deal with Serie B side Hellas Verona.
He broke into the first team in 2011 before sealing a blockbuster move to Napoli three years later.
