If you want to spice things up this week, you may want to think about putting lasagne on the menu.
It may sound a little cheesy for a sex position but, fear not, as it’s actually pretty spicy.
The sex position, also known as The Flat Iron, is a bit like doggy with a difference.

If you and your partner like to do it from behind, it may be the move for you, as it works to enhance intimacy.
To pull it off the receiver needs to lie on their front on the bed – either flat or by leaning on their elbows.
If you want to try and get a bit deeper it may also be a good idea for them to pop a pillow below their pelvis.

Once in position the penetrator can lie on top of their partner, and they should ensure most of their bodies are touching.
