An evil husband who bludgeoned his millionaire wife to death is due to be released from prison.
Joanna Simpson’s bereaved mum is pushing to keep her daughter’s murderer Robert Brown behind bars following his sickening attack with a claw hammer.
Former BA pilot Brown dug a grave for his wife’s body in advance at Windsor Great Park in 2010 but is set to be freed after serving just half of his 26 year jail sentence.

Reading Crown Court heard how Brown unleashed his deadly attack within earshot of their two young kids amidst after a costly divorce battle, which left Brown thinking he had been “stitched up” by a prenuptial agreement.
He admitted to killing Ms Simpson and was sentenced to 26 years in prison for manslaughter after a jury cleared him of murder.
Ms Simpson’s mother Diana Parkes, 84, is now desperately calling on Dominic Raab to block his automatic release which is due this year, after him serving just 13 years.
Ms Parkes fears Brown still poses a risk to her family and to the public, reports the Mail Online.
The grieving mum learned how he still poses a very high risk of serious harm, according to an assessment which classes him as a critical public protection case.

“Mr Raab has the power to review this case and help prevent the release of Brown in November,” she told the publication.
“It is surely so clear that this would be the right thing to do. I hope and pray he will see sense and help me and my family.”
High levels of monitoring are required for such prisoners when they are released, but the Probation Service has warned it is struggling to cope with unmanageable workloads.
His Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Probation Justin Russell said this month that staff shortages were “severely” affecting the service’s ability to manage offenders and called for key areas of probation to be “addressed urgently” following disappointing inspection ratings.
Mrs Parkes is concerned that the former airline pilot could threaten her family and that he might also be a danger to other women if he is released.
She hopes to meet with Mr Raab as soon as possible and is calling for people to petition to their local MPs for Brown to remain in prison.
Further concerns were raised by the former lord chancellor and solicitor general Sir Robert Buckland KC who urged the Ministry of Justice to protect the public from dangerous offenders.
Before her death, Ms Simpson had filed for a divorce from Brown after suffering years of intimidation, harassment and abuse.

In October 2010, he drove to her home in Ascot, Berkshire, armed with a hammer.
Brown hit her with the weapon at least 14 times before wrapping her body in plastic sheeting and dumping it in a grave he had dug beforehand in Windsor Great Park.
Charged with murder, prosecutors argued that the killing of Ms Simpson was premeditated.
But Brown said he had been experiencing “severe stress” and “abnormality of mental function” which affected his self control.
He was acquitted of murder at Reading Crown Court and sentenced to 26 years in jail for manslaughter by reason of diminished responsibility, which he had already admitted.
