Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch become gangsters alongside Hollywood star Colm Meaney and EastEnders’ Shaun Williamson in HYSTERICAL Paddy Power ad at Cheltenham
Abbey Clancy and husband Peter Crouch have joined a whole host of stars for a ‘Gangs of London inspired’ Paddy Power ad ahead of the Cheltenham Horse Racing Festival.
The couple, who got married 12 years ago and share four children together, oozed confidence as they showcased their acting chops in the hysterical commercial.
Joined by EastEnders‘ Shaun Williamson they took on Irish star Colm Meaney, poking fun at the rivalry between Ireland and Great Britain.
Model Abbey, 37, looked effortless stylish as she and former footballer Peter, 42, donned stylish winter ensembles.
Slipping on a long tailored beige coat she completed the look with a plaid hat and leather gloves.

‘Oi, Oi. Didn’t think you lads would turn up this year,’ the former England star Peter smirked.
With Colm, who previously starred in Paddy power’s prequel ad, growling back: ‘Everyone know’s Cheltenham is Ireland’s patch’.
Then Shaun – as his hapless soap character Barry – declared: ‘You’ve been punching above your weight for too long.’
Only for gorgeous Abbey to cheekily quip that she’s been saying the same thing about hubby Peter for years.
Then insults are thrown back and forth with Peter reminding his enemies of Ireland’s failure to qualify for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and Shaun as ‘Barry’ alleging St Patrick was Welsh.
Only for one of the Irish gang to shout back: ‘At least he wasn’t English!’.
However things get taken too far when Barry roars to his adversaries: ‘Tayto munchers!’.

Hushing everyone to a shocked silence an incredulous Colm replied: ‘We’re just having a bit of craic!’.
The awkward exchange is quickly swept to one side and when embarrassed Crouch insists he apologise.
With bridges seemingly mended, a hapless ‘Barry’ puts his foot it in once more for his mob when Meaney remarked that he looked a bit ‘nervous’ earlier.
Much like a certain disgraced member of the British Royal family, he arrogantly claimed that it is ‘physically impossible’ for him to sweat.
Speaking about the campaign Colm admitted: ‘These are so enjoyable to do because good humoured sports banter like that between rivals is always going to be fun.
Too far! The insults are thrown back and forth until Shaun takes things too far

‘Peter Crouch was terrific. I was obviously familiar with his football career having followed it for years, so I was delighted to meet him – not forgetting our friend Shaun Williamson, who is so funny. He is terrific in the ad.’
Spokesperson Paddy Power said: ‘Colm Meaney is a larger-than-life actor, so we knew we needed someone of equal stature to take him on in our ad. Crouchy was the only one who could possibly measure up.
‘If I am honest, nobody really knows how ‘Barry’ ended up in there. I think he just wandered onto set and got caught up in the heat of the moment when he heard Colm firing insults at Crouchy.’
