A bloke has told how he quit his job at Wetherspoons to become a chef – and has now bagged a major role at Eurovision.
Adam Noble, 27, started his street food business, Noble’s Kitchen, last January.
He has now landed the incredible opportunity to serve food out of his trailer in Eurovision’s Eurovillage in Liverpool, where he reckons he’ll learn 1,000 litres of Scouse from Friday (May 5) up until the Grand Final on Saturday, May 13.

Adam told the Liverpool Echo: “I was a bar manager and restaurant manager for six years.
“I’ve always been passionate about food and drink as well, but obviously front of house when I was manager.
“I was just making food in the family home during lockdown and started an Instagram called Noble’s Kitchen with recipes. I had 1,000 followers within a week and thought ‘I must be doing something right.'”
Adam revealed that he quit his job at Wetherspoons after a serious motorcycle clash in September 2021 left him wheelchair-bound for a few months.
His long-term girlfriend Laura Bennett encouraged him to start his own street food business alongside a full-time job.
He started his firm, Noble’s Kitchen, in January this year and has since been serving pulled pork and pulled jackfruit buns in Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester.
Adam said that he hopes “Eurovision will be the kick-starter to really making it a career”.
He added: “I just put pen to paper and started writing a business plan. The idea behind the business was feed everyone great food as quick as possible.

“My late dad always said I should be a chef. It was something I took on board until I realised ‘my dad said this years ago.'”
Eurovision is heading to the Liverpool later this month, the first time it has been hosted by the UK sine 1998.
It was held in Birmingham after after Katrina and the Waves triumphed with Love Shine a Light the previous year.
