A proud cougar has took to social media to offer dating advice to younger men who are seeking relationships with an older woman.
Patsy Menutti, who posts online as @hellacougar, describes herself as a transformational coach, yoga lover, and writer — while she also boasts online about her life as self-proclaimed cougar.
The beautiful blonde 52-year-old doesn’t shy away from discussing everything from her sex and dating life when it comes to her taste for a younger man.

In one of her recent videos, Patsy decided to give younger men advice on which dating apps they should be using to find themselves a mature woman to date.

“So, you’d like to meet and date older women, but you don’t know where to start, but you know you wanna start with dating apps,” she said in the video, which has gained more than 2,000 likes.
“Here’s my ranking of the apps. Based on my experience over the last four years and hundreds of younger men talking to me about what’s worked for them, my number one recommendation is Facebook Dating.
“That’s right, you gotta go where the fish are When you put that pole in the water. With Facebook Dating, you’re gonna find a lot of older women who are on there probably looking for guys their age.
“But you’re gonna slide in and it’s gonna have them think twice about what their preferences are.”
She went on to say that her second-best option was Tinder, followed by Bumble and Hinge.
However, she warned people against using “cougar-specific dating websites and apps” as she said that there’s “a lot of scammy, a lot of bots, and people with premium types of accounts.”
