An influencer has been charged with recording and sharing a intercourse act with a number of males with out their consent.

Ruby Campbell Macarthur, 24, has been charged with deliberately recording an intimate picture and distributing it with out their consent.

Macarthur, from Port Macquarie, NSW, has a number of media and horse coaching enterprises and 1000’s of on-line followers.

The offence allegedly occurred within the Port Macquarie area in October.

The intimate picture allegedly recorded was a ‘intercourse act involving 5 to 6 males’, police mentioned in paperwork tendered to Port Macquarie Local Court, The Mid-North Coast News reported. 

Macarthur appeared in courtroom on Wednesday wearing a white go well with, excessive heels and darkish sun shades.

She was advised to take away her glasses as per the foundations of the courtroom.
