Judge Geraint Walters at Swansea Crown Court stated it was “perfectly obvious” from the CCTV that Warlow “paid particular attention” to the 15-year-old, who was there together with her mom, Wales Online reported.

The defendant pleaded responsible to observing a personal act for sexual gratification. He obtained a six month jail sentence, suspended for 2 years.
