A voyeur was caught filming a 15-year-old lady beneath a altering room cubicle partition, with the second the teen seen his digital camera being caught on CCTV.

Judge Geraint Walters at Swansea Crown Court stated it was “perfectly obvious” from the CCTV that Warlow “paid particular attention” to the 15-year-old, who was there together with her mom, Wales Online reported.

The defendant pleaded responsible to observing a personal act for sexual gratification. He obtained a six month jail sentence, suspended for 2 years.
The defendant should take a 43-day program to assist tackle this in addition to a forty five days of “general” rehabilitation. He can be on the Sex Offenders’ Register and topic to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for seven years.
