A UFO formed just like the Millennium Falcon may truly be from a galaxy far, distant, consultants say.
They launched an investigation after Christine Iskander, 63, noticed the brilliant object and took a snap on her iPhone. Boffins have spent six years probing the sighting within the village of Brandon, north east of Bishop Auckland, Co Durham in 2017.
Philip Mantle, a former director of investigations for the British UFO Research Association, drafted in prime consultants to probe the sighting. He mentioned: “Although on the surface this photo doesn’t look like much, when it has been enlarged it almost looks like the Millennium Falcon spaceship from Star Wars.

“Add to this the witness’ description you have to label this as a genuine UFO.”
Jason Gleaves, an ex-RAF and BAE Airbus division worker, who studied the photograph in depth, mentioned: “Upon analysing the unique picture, it seems to have outlined construction.
“No known conventional aircraft can accelerate vertically from a standing hovering position without sound.”
Speaking on the time, Christine mentioned: “It was blinding, looking at it directly. It looked like a very brilliant white star to the naked eye.
“I assumed it could be a helicopter at first however there was no sound…Seconds after taking the photograph the thing shot straight up after which disappeared earlier than I may get one other photograph.
“The picture shows something quite different to what my eyes saw.”
To her amazement when she enlarged the image, the thing appeared to resemble Han Solo’s well-known smuggling starship from the hit Star Wars films, starring Harrison Ford and Mark Hamill.
It first appeared within the authentic Star Wars movie in 1977, and re-appeared in The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi, The Force Awakens, and The Last Jedi.
