A forecaster has predicted precisely when “one of the biggest snow events we have seen in years” will batter the UK.

Madden predicts flakes might be noticed as far south as London, though he confused it was unclear at this level whether or not the white stuff would attain the capital and different elements of the south. He added: “On current indications, this looks like it could be one of the biggest snow events we have seen in years developing within this period.”
And it isn’t simply Tuesday and Wednesday we have to be careful for. Madden wrote Thursday and Friday will see “snow showers becoming a bit more sporadic but continuing to filter in across the country, particularly, in parts to the west of the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland/Ireland.”
