Cadbury replied because it shared why it will not be altering the recipe again. It wrote: “People’s tastes change from time to time, so it’s important we have a wide range of products to cater for everyone.”
However, the chat wasn’t very impressed with the response since he felt the style of the brand new bars weren’t pretty much as good. He responded: “But the original obviously tasted better.”
