‘Monster’ music trainer permitted for beneath 16s instructing regardless of intercourse offences

A paedophile music trainer has been instructed he can work with youngsters beneath 16 once more after his launch from jail for little one intercourse offences.

One sufferer addressed Rodgers in courtroom, with a press release studying: “I hope you are happy and proud of what a monster you are… I’m happy I’m a survivor, and I’m proud and hopeful no-one will have to go through what I have gone through with you again.”
