Captioning the photographs, she instructed her followers: “I really haven’t enjoyed [January], I’ve felt heavy on an emotional level and not myself. You know what hasn’t helped? The ENDLESS streams of emails and DMs with ‘opportunities’ for me that centre around weight loss. Read the room and quite frankly p*ss off.

She added: “I went to the gym today, it was so quiet and honestly I felt so sad. I know everyone complains about the gyms being so busy early Jan but it breaks my heart that we’ve been conditioned in to believing we should go to the gym to create drastic change, to punish ourselves vs. going to the gym all year, every year, for joy.
