‘Egomaniac Meghan Markle wants all of the titles she will get’, critic fumes

Meghan Markle has been slammed as an “egomaniac” who “needs all the titles, coats of arms and flummery she can get”.

Fuming A.N. Wilson claims each Meghan and Prince Harry are trying to “have their cake and eat it” following their current rebrand and launch of the brand new Sussex.com web site.

The new web site sparked criticism because the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who beforehand stop the Royal Family, referred to themselves on it by their royal titles.

Writing for the Daily Mail, Wilson stated: “By rejecting the name, and rebranding themselves as the Sussexes, this pair of self-advertising egomaniacs have cut themselves off from the King and from the Prince of Wales. Or, anyway, cut themselves off for as long as it suits them.

“But, as so usually, they need to have their cake and eat it. If that they had rebranded themselves Spencer (Harry’s mom’s title) or Markle, we would have some grudging respect for them. They have chosen a reputation which displays the truth that Harry is a royal duke.

“Meghan Markle would not be called Meghan Sussex if she had not come to Britain and chosen to get married in an ostentatious ceremony at Windsor.”

The Sussex pair additionally used a customized coat of arms for his or her controversial web site, which listed Prince Harry as a “humanitarian, military veteran, mental health advocate, and environmental campaigner” and Meghan as a “feminist and champion of human rights and gender equity”.

Wilson added: “She is only too happy to have all the trappings of royalty. She needs all the titles, coats of arms and flummery she can get.”
