A person whose girlfriend bought a profitable £1million Lotto scratchcard has vowed to take authorized motion after she dumped him and was deemed the only real winner by Lottery bosses.
Michael Cartlidge, 39, and Charlotte Cox, 37, bought the profitable ticket collectively at a Nisa in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
