‘Radioactive supplies leak from suitcase’ at airport as employees hospitalised

Five airport employees have been rushed to hospital over fears of a leaked radioactive substance.

A Swiss Air flight landed at Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport in Spain carrying a suitcase feared to include the supplies. The affected jet is reported by Nacional to be being held at stand 264 of Terminal 1 on the Catalunya airport.

Several individuals who have been on the aircraft are understood to have been confined following the incident. Spanish authorities report that the present threat is low. Despite this, passengers are understood to be being detained whereas the possibilities of main threat are dominated out.
